These Official Rules govern all sweepstakes-based fantasy contests (“Contests”) offered by GhostSweat Interactive, Inc. (“Sponsor,” “GhostSweat,” “we,” or “us”). The lore and neon fiction describe the GhostSweat universe; this page is the binding legal contract. If there is a conflict between lore and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or deposit is required to enter or win any GhostSweat Contest. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Free methods of entry (“AMOE”) are always available as described in these Official Rules.
GhostSweat Contests are void in New York, Florida, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and where prohibited by law. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel any Contest where required by applicable law or regulation.
GhostSweat Contests are promotional sweepstakes, not gambling. No wagering is permitted, and Entrants do not risk or stake anything of monetary value. Contests are independent of all featured poker broadcasts and are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any casino, cardroom, or poker stream. The underlying poker games proceed in the real world without any influence from GhostSweat or Entrants.
From time to time, Sponsor may offer optional virtual items or virtual currency for entertainment or gameplay purposes. These optional purchases never increase the odds of winning any sweepstakes prize.
Agreement to Official Rules
By participating in any Contest, each Entrant (“Entrant,” “you”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of GhostSweat Interactive, Inc. (“Sponsor,” “GhostSweat,” “we,” or “us”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contests.
Entry into any Contest and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, entry mechanics, prize structures, and redemption terms.
If any Contest lobby, promotional material, lineup interface, timer, lore text, in-app description, social content, or marketing material differs from these Official Rules, these Official Rules control. Sponsor may correct display errors, clarify information, or update Contest details at any time to reflect the terms set forth in this document.
Key Definitions
For purposes of these Official Rules:
- “Contest” means any sweepstakes-based fantasy contest offered by Sponsor that is governed by these Official Rules.
- “Entrant” means an eligible individual who enters a Contest in accordance with these Official Rules.
- “Platform” means the GhostSweat website, application, or other digital interface where Contests are offered.
- “Contest Period” means the announced start and end time for a given Contest, as displayed on the Platform. Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeper.
- “Leaderboard Lock Time” means the time during a Contest Period after which new Lineups will no longer earn Shard Points, appear on the cosmetic leaderboard, or unlock cosmetic rewards but may still generate an Entry for the Souls prize drawing if submitted before the Contest Period ends. The Leaderboard Lock Time for each Contest (for example, a posted clock time such as “Lock by 4PM PT” or a notation such as “Lock at first hand dealt”) will be displayed in the Contest lobby or rules summary. Sponsor may, in its reasonable discretion, adjust the Leaderboard Lock Time to align with the actual start of meaningful play on the featured stream.
- “On-Time Lineup” means a Lineup that is submitted and accepted by Sponsor before the Leaderboard Lock Time for that Contest.
- “Late Lineup” means a Lineup that is submitted and accepted by Sponsor after the Leaderboard Lock Time but before the end of the Contest Period. Late Lineups may generate an Entry for the Souls drawing (subject to per-person limits) but do not earn Shard Points, do not appear on the cosmetic leaderboard, and do not unlock any cosmetic rewards.
- “Lineup” means an Entrant’s selection of one or more real-world players from a featured live poker stream, used only for cosmetic leaderboard ranking and in-game progression, subject to the on-time / late rules above.
- “Cosmetic Rewards” means non-monetary items such as Auras, Titles, visual effects, progression levels, or similar features with no cash value and no redemption value.
- “Entry” means a sweepstakes entry (ticket) into the random prize drawing for a specific Contest. Entries are not a currency, have no cash value, and apply only to the Contest for which they are issued.
Currencies
GhostSweat uses distinct virtual elements for gameplay, prizes, and cosmetic progression. These elements are not interchangeable and serve different purposes within the Platform.
4.1 Sweat (“◦”) — Play-Only Virtual Currency
- Sweat is a non-redeemable, non-monetary virtual currency used solely to submit Lineups into GhostSweat Contests.
- Sweat has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or prizes, and cannot be exchanged for Souls or any other item of value.
- Sweat may be (a) granted for free by Sponsor (for example, daily login rewards, streak bonuses, participation bonuses, referral bonuses, or other in-app activity) and/or (b) obtained as part of optional virtual packs or other offers that may be made available from time to time for entertainment purposes.
- Possessing or spending Sweat does not increase the odds of winning any sweepstakes prize. Sweat affects only how many Lineups an Entrant can submit, not the probability that any given Entry will be selected in a random drawing.
- Sweat balances never expire and are not subject to forfeiture under normal circumstances. However, Sweat obtained or used in violation of these Official Rules (including fraud, multi-accounting, or automated scripts) is void and may be reduced, forfeited, or cancelled at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Additionally, to preserve long-term platform health and fairness, Sponsor reserves the right, with at least 180 days advance notice posted on the Platform, to implement reasonable balance-maintenance measures on balances exceeding 100,000 Sweat after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity (for example, a small monthly percentage reduction).
- Sponsor may impose reasonable per-person, per-household, or per-account limits on the amount of Sweat that may be granted, held, or used in a given period to prevent abuse.
- The current free Sweat emission schedule (including daily login rewards, streak bonuses, participation bonuses, and referral limits) is described in Section 5 (Free Sweat System) and may be updated prospectively by Sponsor with notice on the Platform.
4.2 Souls (“⚶”) — Sweepstakes Prize Currency
- Souls are sweepstakes prize currency awarded through fixed prize tables associated with each Contest. Souls are the only redeemable prize currency in GhostSweat Contests.
- Souls are redeemable for cash at the rate published on the Platform’s redemption page at the time of the redemption request (currently five (5) Souls = one U.S. dollar ($1.00)). Sponsor may adjust the redemption rate at any time in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
- Souls cannot be purchased directly, used to buy Sweat, or exchanged for any other virtual currency. Souls may only be obtained by winning them in a Contest via random drawing, as described in these Official Rules.
- Sponsor does not grant Souls as daily login, streak, participation, referral, or promotional rewards, and does not emit Souls “for free.” All Souls are funded by Sponsor’s promotional budget and/or Contest-related revenue and are awarded exclusively through sweepstakes drawings.
- All Souls redemptions are subject to the additional terms described in the Prize and Redemption sections of these Official Rules, including any minimum redemption thresholds, verification requirements, and payment methods.
4.3 Entries
- Entries are sweepstakes entries (tickets) into the random drawing for a particular Contest. Entries have no cash value, are not a currency, and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed.
- Submitting a valid Lineup using Sweat during the Contest Period may generate one (1) Entry into that Contest’s random drawing, subject to the per-person limits described in these Official Rules and the Contest lobby.
- Free AMOE submissions, as described in Section 7, may also generate Entries. Sweat-based Entries and AMOE Entries are treated identically in the random drawing and have exactly equal odds of winning.
- Entries apply only to the specific Contest for which they are issued and automatically expire when the drawing for that Contest is complete. Entries do not roll over to future Contests.
- Regardless of the number of Lineups submitted or AMOE requests made, each participant receives a maximum of one (1) Entry per Contest into the random Souls prize drawing. On-Time Lineups and Late Lineups are treated identically for purposes of the Souls drawing, subject to this one-entry-per-person limit.
4.4 Shards, Crystals & Cosmetic Elements
- Shards (“⟡”), Crystals, Auras, Titles, progression levels, and other cosmetic elements are visual or progression-only features with no monetary or redemption value.
- Cosmetic elements may be awarded based on Lineup performance on the cosmetic leaderboard, in-app achievements, or other gameplay milestones, but never influence the odds of winning Souls or any sweepstakes prize.
- Only On-Time Lineups (submitted before the Leaderboard Lock Time) are eligible to earn Shard Points, appear on the cosmetic leaderboard, or unlock any cosmetic or progression rewards. Late Lineups never earn Shard Points or cosmetic rewards.
Free Sweat System
“Sweat” is the non-monetary virtual currency used to submit Lineups. Sweat has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or Souls. Sweat may be earned for free through login rewards, streaks, completing certain gameplay actions, and referrals. Sweat never expires.
5.1 Daily Login Sweat
During Scar-0 (January 1 – January 30, 2026): Each eligible Entrant may claim 500 Sweat per day by logging in. One claim per 24-hour period. Missed days do not accumulate.
Post-Scar-0 (February 1, 2026 and ongoing): Each eligible Entrant may claim 200 Sweat per day by logging in. One claim per 24-hour period. Missed days do not accumulate.
5.2 Streak Bonuses
Consecutive logins grant bonus Sweat (applies during and after Scar-0):
- 3-day streak: +25 Sweat (one-time per streak milestone)
- 7-day streak: +100 Sweat (one-time per streak milestone)
Streak bonuses reset if a day is missed. Sponsor may adjust streak thresholds or amounts prospectively with notice on the Platform.
5.3 Play-to-Earn Bonus (Weekly Active Reward)
+250 Sweat awarded once per week if you submit at least 2 separate Contest lineups during that week (paid on Monday reset).
Awarded during and after Scar-0. Extremely easy to verify manually. Purpose: reward real play, not just idle logins.
5.4 Referral Program
Entrants may earn Sweat by referring new, eligible U.S. participants (excluding void jurisdictions) to GhostSweat. Each referral can generate two types of Sweat rewards:
- 800 Sweat for the Referrer and 800 Sweat for the Referred Player once the Referred Player submits their first valid Contest Lineup.
- An additional 700 Sweat for the Referrer if the Referred Player purchases any Store pack within fourteen (14) days of account creation.
Referral rewards are capped at twenty (20) total referrals per Entrant. Sponsor may request reasonable proof of authentic referrals and may deny referral credit deemed fraudulent, automated, self-referential, or otherwise abusive. Sponsor may modify or discontinue the referral program prospectively with notice on the Platform.
5.5 Maximum Free Sweat
During Scar-0: Up to ~4,750 Sweat/week (500 daily × 7 + 125 streaks + 250 play).
Post-Scar-0: Up to ~1,775 Sweat/week (200 daily × 7 + 125 streaks + 250 play).
Enough for weekday Contests with buffer; save or buy for Friday MEGA.
Eligibility
GhostSweat Contests are open only to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry; and
- Are legal residents of the United States; and
- Reside in a jurisdiction where participation in sweepstakes of this nature is not prohibited.
GhostSweat Contests are void in New York, Florida, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and where prohibited by law.
Prohibited Persons
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and consultants of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of residence), and persons living in the same household as any such individual (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win.
Contest Periods
Each Contest begins and ends at the times displayed within the GhostSweat interface (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeper for all Contests.
The Contest lobby or rules summary will also display a Leaderboard Lock Time. For Scar-0, this corresponds to the start of meaningful play on the featured stream (first qualifying hand dealt), as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion. On-Time Lineups submitted and accepted before the Leaderboard Lock Time may earn Shard Points, appear on the cosmetic leaderboard, and unlock cosmetic rewards (in addition to generating one Entry, subject to per-person limits). Late Lineups submitted after the Leaderboard Lock Time but before the end of the Contest Period may generate an Entry only and do not earn Shard Points, appear on the leaderboard, or unlock cosmetics.
Sweat-based Lineups submitted after the Contest Period ends are void and will not generate Entries or any other rewards. Sponsor may, in its discretion, adjust the posted Leaderboard Lock Time to align with the actual start time of the featured live stream or to address technical or broadcast issues.
Mail-in AMOE Entries must be postmarked by the applicable Contest end date and received by Sponsor within ten (10) business days thereafter in order to be eligible for that Contest. Late, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or illegible AMOE Entries are void.
How to Enter
8.1 Enter Using Sweat (Play-Only Currency)
Eligible Entrants may participate in a Contest by using Sweat to submit one or more Lineups through the Platform. The amount of Sweat required per Lineup, any per-Contest Lineup limit, the Contest Period, and the Leaderboard Lock Time will be clearly disclosed in the Contest lobby or rules summary for that Contest.
To enter a Contest using Sweat:
- Select the featured live poker stream or Contest available in the GhostSweat interface.
- Build a Lineup by selecting the required number of players and designating a Captain, as described in the Contest details.
- Submit at least one valid Lineup during the Contest Period. If your first valid Lineup for that Contest is accepted at any time during the Contest Period (On-Time or Late), the required amount of Sweat will be deducted from your balance and one (1) Entry for that Contest will be associated with your account, subject to the per-person maximum described in Section 4.3.
- Maximum of three (3) Lineups per Entrant per Contest. All Lineups share the Entrant’s single Entry into the random Souls drawing.
8.2 Sweat Costs
During Scar-0 and in the standard Contest format, submitting a Lineup requires Sweat as follows:
- Weekday Contests: 1,500 Sweat per Lineup
- Mega Contest: 3,500 Sweat per Lineup
Sweat is consumed at the moment a Lineup is submitted and is non-refundable, including for Late Lineups, regardless of Contest outcome or leaderboard performance. Sponsor may adjust Sweat costs for future Contests with notice in the Contest lobby.
On-Time Lineups (submitted before the Leaderboard Lock Time): may earn Shard Points, appear on the cosmetic leaderboard, and unlock cosmetic or progression rewards, in addition to generating one (1) Entry (if you have not already received an Entry for that Contest).
Late Lineups (submitted after the Leaderboard Lock Time but before the Contest Period ends): are accepted for sweepstakes purposes only. A Late Lineup may generate one (1) Entry into the random Souls drawing (if you have not already received an Entry for that Contest) but does not:
- Earn any Shard Points;
- Appear on the cosmetic leaderboard;
- Unlock any cosmetic or progression rewards;
- Change or improve your odds of winning Souls compared to an On-Time Lineup.
Every participant receives exactly one (1) Entry into the random Souls drawing per Contest, regardless of how many Lineups are submitted, whether they are On-Time or Late, or how much Sweat is spent.
8.3 Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary
100% FREE ENTRY · NO SWEAT REQUIRED
Every participant may enter any Contest without using Sweat, without making any purchase,
and without providing a copy of government ID.
To receive one (1) free entry into any active Contest, hand-print the following information on a plain 3×5 card:
- Your full legal name
- Complete residential mailing address (no P.O. boxes)
- Email address
- Date of birth
- The exact phrase: “GhostSweat Free Entry – January 2026”
Mail your completed 3×5 card in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to:
GhostSweat Interactive, Inc. – AMOE Entry
c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc.
131 Continental Dr, Suite 305
Newark, DE 19713
Limit: ONE (1) AMOE entry per person per calendar week (Monday–Sunday).
One entry per envelope. Illegible, incomplete, or excess entries are void.
Timing: Your free entry is applied to the Contest that is active on the date we receive and process your envelope (we do not use the postmark date).
Note: Writing “GhostSweat Free Entry – January 2026” enters you into the active Contest during the week your mail is received. No need to specify weekday vs. MEGA.
All valid AMOE entries are combined with all Sweat-based entries and receive identical odds in the random drawing for Souls prizes. No photocopy of government ID is required.
8.4 Entry Limits & Abuse Prevention
Sponsor may impose reasonable limits on the number of Lineups any individual may submit in connection with a Contest, as disclosed in the Contest lobby or these Official Rules. Attempts to circumvent entry or Lineup limits by using multiple accounts, false identities, automated scripts, or any other fraudulent or deceptive practice are prohibited and may result in disqualification, forfeiture of Sweat, Souls, Entries, and prizes, and suspension or termination of the account.
Sponsor may use information such as name, email address, IP address, device identifiers, and other signals to detect and prevent duplicate accounts and abuse. Any Sweat, Entries, Souls, or cosmetic rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity are void.
Contest Mechanics
GhostSweat overlays a fantasy scoring system onto live-streamed poker games. Entrants do not influence the underlying poker games, which proceed independently in the real world.
Each Entrant may:
- Select three (3) real-world players from the featured live poker stream to form a lineup (“Lineup”).
- Designate one of them as Captain, who earns 2× Shard Points on qualifying events.
As hands are played on stream, players in On-Time Lineups generate Shard Points based on pre-defined events (e.g., entering a pot, winning a pot, going to showdown). Some players are associated with themed “Ghost Archetypes” that apply additional Shard Point bonuses for specific events.
Certain players may be assigned temporary or seasonal Archetypes that award additional Shard Points for specific in-game actions (for example, hero calls, small-pot wins, or late-night performance). Archetypes affect cosmetic leaderboard scoring only and have no impact on Souls prizes or odds of winning.
Only On-Time Lineups (submitted before the Leaderboard Lock Time) are used for Shard Point scoring and cosmetic ranking. These Lineups are ranked on a leaderboard by total Shard Points for cosmetic and progression-only rewards (such as Auras, titles, frames, and other visual effects).
Late Lineups (submitted after the Leaderboard Lock Time but before the end of the Contest Period) are accepted for sweepstakes purposes only. Late Lineups do not earn Shard Points, do not appear on the cosmetic leaderboard, and do not unlock any cosmetic or progression rewards. They may still generate a single Entry into the Souls drawing (if you have not already received one Entry for that Contest).
No Souls or cash-equivalent prizes are ever awarded based on Shard Points or leaderboard position. Lineup performance, whether On-Time or Late, has no effect on the odds of winning Souls prizes, which are awarded exclusively through the random drawings described in Section 10.
GhostSweat does not accept wagers, does not affect outcomes of the underlying poker games, and operates independently from any casino, cardroom, or poker broadcast.
Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
10.1 Souls (Sweepstakes Prize Currency)
Prizes are awarded in Souls, GhostSweat’s sweepstakes prize currency. Souls are redeemable only as described in these Official Rules and on the Platform’s redemption page. For Scar-0, the redemption rate is:
Five (5) Souls are redeemable for one U.S. dollar ($1.00).
Sponsor may adjust the redemption rate prospectively at any time, subject to applicable law, as described in Section 4.2. Souls cannot be sold, purchased, bartered, or transferred. Souls have no cash value except as explicitly redeemed under the terms posted by Sponsor.
Souls are funded solely by Sponsor and are never granted as non-prize promotional rewards. Souls can only be obtained by winning them in Contest drawings; daily login, streak, participation, referral, or Store activity can never earn Souls directly.
10.2 Prize Tables & Example ARV
During Scar-0 there are two Contest types: a recurring Weekday Contest and an optional Friday MEGA Contest. Each Contest uses a fixed Souls prize table that is announced in advance. All Souls prizes are awarded via the random drawings described in Section 11.
For Scar-0, each Contest’s random drawing can select up to ten (10) unique prize winners. One winner receives the 1st-place Souls prize. The remaining Souls in the prize pool are distributed as smaller, fixed “micro-prizes” to additional winners (for example, ranks 2–10 in the prize table). The tables below show the total prize pool and 1st-place prize for each Contest type; the exact distribution of the remaining Souls across additional winners is published in the Contest lobby and promotional materials.
Weekday Contest — Scar-0 (Mon & Wed)
| Prize Tier | Souls Award | Approx. ARV (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| 1st Prize Winner | 200 Souls | $40.00 |
| Additional Winners (up to 9) | Remaining 50 Souls divided into fixed micro-prizes | ≈ $10.00 total across additional winners |
| Total Weekday Contest Souls prize pool: 250 Souls (ARV $50.00). | ||
Friday MEGA Contest — Scar-0
| Prize Tier | Souls Award | Approx. ARV (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| 1st Prize Winner | 600 Souls | $120.00 |
| Additional Winners (up to 9) | Remaining 150 Souls divided into fixed micro-prizes | ≈ $30.00 total across additional winners |
| Total Friday MEGA Souls prize pool: 750 Souls (ARV $150.00). | ||
10.3 Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
ARV for Souls-based prizes is calculated using the fixed conversion rate above. For example, 5 Souls = $1.00 ARV; 250 Souls = $50.00 ARV; 750 Souls = $150.00 ARV.
10.4 Promotional Pack Giveaways
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award packs containing Sweat and/or purely cosmetic items (“Promotional Packs”) at no cost to selected individuals including, but not limited to, streamers, content creators, community members, or other promotional partners. Promotional Packs do not contain Souls. Receipt of a Promotional Pack does not alter the random nature of prize selection, does not increase any participant’s chances of winning Souls prizes, and is not available to the general public on demand.
10.5 Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year, as required by law.
Winner Selection, Notification & Odds
11.1 Cosmetic Leaderboard Outcomes (No Cash Value)
At the conclusion of each Contest Period, all eligible On-Time Lineups (submitted before the Leaderboard Lock Time) are ranked by total Shard Points earned (after applying the Captain 2× multiplier). These rankings determine cosmetic-only outcomes such as Auras, titles, profile effects, or other progression rewards, as disclosed in the Platform.
Late Lineups are not included in the cosmetic leaderboard, do not earn Shard Points, and do not unlock any cosmetic or progression rewards.
Sponsor may, in its discretion, apply tiebreaker rules (such as earliest On-Time submission timestamp) to determine the ordering of cosmetic leaderboard ranks. Any such tiebreakers are applied solely for cosmetic outcomes and never to determine Souls prize winners.
11.2 Souls Prize Drawing (Random Sweepstakes)
Separately from the cosmetic leaderboard, Souls prizes are awarded through a purely random drawing. At the end of each Contest Period, Sponsor conducts a random drawing (the “barrel”) from among all valid entries received for that Contest, including entries obtained using Sweat (through either On-Time or Late Lineups) and entries received via AMOE.
Each valid Entry in the barrel — regardless of lineup score, Shard Points, captain selection, cosmetic leaderboard position, or whether the associated Lineup was On-Time or Late — has an identical chance to be selected for a Souls prize. Lineup performance and timing within the Contest Period have zero influence on Souls eligibility or odds, other than the requirement that at least one valid Lineup or AMOE submission be received for that Contest.
Souls prizes are awarded exclusively via this random drawing in accordance with the prize tables described in Section 10. Sponsor may limit winners to one Souls prize per person per Contest, even if multiple entries are drawn for the same individual, in which case a new Entry will be drawn for the additional prize(s).
11.3 Winner Notification & Verification
Potential Souls prize winners may be notified via email or through the Platform and may be required to verify eligibility and identity, including via government-issued identification that matches previously submitted information or AMOE documentation. Failure to respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
11.4 Prize Claim & Redemption
Winners must follow the instructions provided in the winner notification to claim their Souls prizes. Identity and eligibility may be verified before prize fulfillment.
Redemption of Souls During Scar-0 (January 1 – January 30, 2026).
During the Scar-0 promotional period, Souls may be redeemed for cash via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or other
Sponsor-approved methods with no minimum redemption amount. Redemptions are typically processed
the same day or next business day.
Redemption After Scar-0.
Beginning February 1, 2026 (or upon conclusion of Scar-0), a minimum redemption amount of $10.00 will generally
apply. Processing may take up to 72 hours. Sponsor reserves the right to adjust minimums, processing times, and
redemption methods with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
All redemptions are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unredeemed Souls once credited. Any third-party payment processor fees (if any) are the winner’s responsibility.
11.5 Odds of Winning
The odds of winning any Souls prize in a Contest depend solely on the total number of eligible Entries (including both Sweat Entries and AMOE Entries) received for that Contest and the number of prizes available, as described in Section 10. Sweat Entries and AMOE Entries receive identical treatment in the random drawing and have exactly equal odds of winning. Entering On-Time or Late within the Contest Period does not change your odds of winning, provided that a valid Entry is generated.
11.6 Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Limitations of Liability
By entering, Entrants agree that Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or delayed mail or AMOE entries;
- Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to interruptions in internet service or platform downtime;
- Errors in scoring, data transmission, or display, except to the minimum extent required by law;
- Any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in a Contest or receipt of any prize;
- Any acts of God, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events that disrupt or cancel a Contest.
Sponsor’s Right to Cancel or Modify
If a Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest.
Privacy
Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, as posted on GhostSweat.com (or applicable domain). By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Photocopies of identification submitted via AMOE are used solely for eligibility verification and anti-fraud purposes and are not retained longer than necessary to complete verification.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with any Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
